What legal documents must an online store have in Romania?

The mandatory minimum includes Terms and Conditions, a Privacy Policy (GDPR), a Cookie Policy with a consent banner and a return policy that respects the 14-day right of withdrawal. The company’s details must be visible, and invoicing must work through e-Factura to ANAF. We configure all of these when we build the store.

Do I need to know how to code to manage my store?
